Round 2 of the 2026 Drift Masters season came out swinging at Circuito de Madrid Jarama - RACE, as one of the fastest and most unforgiving layouts on the calendar delivered a qualifying session packed with mechanical heartbreak, huge commitment, and drama from start to finish. While the Spanish heat, savage speeds, and relentless demands of the track pushed drivers and machines to their limits, James Deane kept his cool when it mattered most, laying down a stunning 97-point run to take top spot in Madrid.

Ferropolis once again proved why it is one of the most spectacular stops on the Drift Masters calendar. Thousands of fans packed into the Drift Island for two days of non-stop action, with battles raging long into the night under the shadow of the iconic coal cranes. From shock exits to razor-thin margins, Round 6 delivered chaos and drama at every turn.

Conor Shanahan lit up Ferropolis on a scorching Day 1 in Germany, topping Qualifying with a near perfect 97.5 as the Drift Masters grid battled blistering heat, changing grip levels, and a sold out crowd that turned the Iron City into a full blown summer festival. From fans swimming in the lakes under the sun to a glowing sunset and lightshow above the track, it was a Qualifying day that had everything and Conor seized the moment to put his title charge firmly back on track.
